If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, I offer a 7-day return policy.

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your piece to request a refund.

Once the return has been agreed please carefully repack the item in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are at the customers expense.

Once I receive the item I will process the refund (minus the original shipping costs) within 24 hours.

Please rest assured that your artwork will be carefully wrapped using bubble wrap, very think cardboard and some very strong tape!

All orders will be packaged and sent within 3 days of the purchase. If there are any delays I will contact you immediately to let you know the estimated delivery date.

All standard pieces are shipped using either Royal Mail or the UPS courier service. The cost of this service is set at £20.00.

If you live within a 20 mile radius of Stamford, Lincolnshire I will contact you to arrange delivery in person!
